How did you decide how many books would be in the Knights of the Darkness Chronicles?
D.N. is a new to me author. This series sounds perfect for me since I love mysteries and paranormal and it combines the two.

I knew how many stories I wanted to write for the series. Each book builds on the last and each new tale brings with it a new threat that is more dangerous than the one before it, giving my heroes more complex challenges. I like to call it a "Crescendo of Violence", so to speak. Book six hits a certain peak and at that point, I knew it was a right time to end the KOTDC. It's so perfectly complete.
However, I love the characters so much, I'm not entirely done with them yet. :D
I can't wait to read this series.
