I can't believe it's the end! I recall when i had first heard Twilight movie rights were acquired. I had just finished reading Breaking Dawn about a month earlier and my first thought was, "oh my gosh, Hollywood will destroy this!" I think the ONLY thing i was anxious to see was who would be cast as Edward. I had a very specific picture in my mind of him.
I have seen each installments midnight premier; Have succumbed to the excessive merchandizing;
I have seen the actors and directors other, non-Twilight work; I have blogged and reviewed, discussed and debated, loaned and pushed my collection of books and movies on unsuspecting innocents; I have made friends and enemies because of Stephanie Meyers' creation.
I feel like this is the end of a very significant part oof my life for nearly a decade. I'm happy we made it to the end, but sad to see it go. I will miss the anticipation, the frantic texting and posting about Twilight-related events that I am so passionate about I simply have to share with the world.
It's like graduating high school...will i ever see these people again? What's next? Where will we be in 5, 10, 20+ years...
This is a Cultural Phenomena and I am proud to have been able to experience it from beginning to end.
I feel excited to finally watch the last movie. I am taking my two girls to watch it and we will make a girls day out of it.
In a way, I'm sad it's ending. On the other hand, I feel that they waited too long between movies to keep my interest. I want to go see the movie, but I may just wait for the video.
I am thankful for this series because it renewed my love of reading and I have read some amazing books since Twilight.

it feels like a chapter of my life will end with this last part of the saga.twilight saga will always be in my heart.forever.

Part 1 of the movie was good: it stuck tothe book quite well, so I'm expecting the same of part 2.

I'm kind of excited the last movie is finally here! It's hard to believe it has been FIVE years already! But it's also kind of sad. These are characters I've grown attached to and don't really want to see them go.
