As always Morganville is in trouble. Claire must figure out what is going on with Amelie and Oliver. It seems that Oliver has an eerie influence over her, and it has just become open season on the humans in Morganville. If Claire and her friends don't figure out what to do to help, there may not be any reason to save Morganville.
I absolutely love this series. It's my favorite YA series. The characters are fun and entertaining. Each story is always a roller coaster of adventure.
This new installment Bitter Blood, was not up to my normal Morganville standards The story was a bit slow to start and just didn't seem to have its usual excitement. Don't get me wrong it was still a good book. It just had a few slow parts and I wasn't exactly happy with the ending.
Amelie seemed to easily influenced by Oliver. Something I never thought possible but it seems this book had a lot of surprise moments I never thought would happen.
I love all the characters and they all were great in this book. I love cooky never predictable Myrinn, the ever loving Micheal and every ones favorite goth. If you enjoy this series it is a truly must read.
