HatH - Giveaway from author Jennifer Estep

Author Jennifer Estep is giving away a copy of Widow's Web. This giveaway is open to U.S. residents only. Please read event rules and guidelines before entering.

Widow's Web (Elemental Assassins, book 7)

I used to murder people for money, but lately it’s become more of a survival technique.

Once an assassin, always an assassin. So much for being plain old Gin Blanco. With every lowlife in Ashland gunning for me, I don’t need another problem, but a new one has come to town anyway. Salina might seem like a sweet Southern belle, but she’s really a dangerous enemy whose water elemental magic can go head-to-head with my own Ice and Stone power. Salina also has an intimate history with my lover, Owen Grayson, and now that she’s back, she thinks he’s hers for the taking. Salina’s playing a mysterious game that involves a shady local casino owner with a surprising connection to Owen. But they call me the Spider for a reason. I’m going to untangle her deadly scheme, even if it leaves my love affair hanging by a thread.

I am! I don't really dress up, but I love taking the kids to parties and trick or treating. :)
Wonderful giveaway. Thank you.

I'm excited for the candy! The kids are too old for Halloween anymore and we don't get many trick or treaters, which is sad. I do like the scary movies that come on the television.
Thanks for the great giveaway.

I don't get as excited as I did when the boys were kids. And where we live no one comes around - we're out in the country. But it is my daughter-in-laws favorite holiday and she makes it fun for all of us! Thank you.

I love Halloween too... It's my fav holiday of the year. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the "it's good to be bad" parade at Disney and Halloween Horror Nights at Universal are awesome (The Walking Dead House there was beyond my wildest dreams!) AND I'm excited about reading this book! LOL! Happy Halloween!

I always get a little excited about Halloween. However, I don't get too excited anymore because I live way out in the country so I don't get trick-or-treaters, and my older nieces & nephew are too old for it now, the younger ones live too far from me to take them :(

Halloween is my favorite time of year.

Anne said...

Not really. I don't have kids and I haven't had any treat or treaters in the last 5 years. I always have a bag or two of candy just in case.

Yes, I'm excited! But I prefer to call it Samhain the Pagan name for Halloween. :) It has always been my favorite time of year by far!

I LOVE Halloween...I just would love it more if we had more "Trick-or-Treaters" in our area...(I love seeing the kids...and sometimes the adults all dressed up!) Heck, I wear a costume all day, regardless if we have plans or places to go!!! The only sweeter thing I could ask for is to see my nieces and nephews in their little costumes! :)~ {sigh}. But I make my OWN fun...the costume for no reason (just a faded floral flat sheet turned "ghost", with leaves and flowers and such glued/pinned on it and I wear one of the kids "beach buckets" on my head and (if we actually GET someone at our door) use the rake and shovel from the bucket to "dish out" the candy! A couple of years ago, I tried having Sunflowers (fake) "planted" on my head...but I kept "whacking" people...and myself...with it! **Yes, if anyone ends up liking my idea, feel free to use...I called myself "The End of Summer" (Or "Death" of...don't want to scare the kiddies!) :)~

Blessings and thank you for this chance to enter!

Considering that I consider myself a Goddess Worshiper I'd have to say yes, Samhain is a big night on my calender.
