Another year is quickly coming to an end which means it's time for you to vote for your favorite books, characters and authors in our Best Of 2011. We asked our followers a couple weeks ago to submit their favorites and you guys really came through and we want to thank everyone who took the time to fill out our form. There were a lot of great titles submitted and we narrowed the list down to 10 nominees in 11 different categories.
Voting ends on December 18th with winners be announced on the 21st. Once the winners are announced, we will then hold a giveaway were 2 people will get to pick any book they want from the list of winning titles. The giveaway will be open to anywhere the Book Depository ships. More information on the giveaway will be available in the winners announcement post on the December 21st.

That was so incredibly hard. A lot I have not read so honestly could not vote for them, but some I have and they have been wonderful - hard to choose. Thanks for the fun:)
I agree with Denise about that being REALLY hard! I had several favorite authors from several of the lists so it was really hard to pick... luckily some of my favorite authors were on SEVERAL lists so I could vote for "both" in a round about way :) What a fun survey, can't wait to see the winners :)
That actually "hurt". Choosing favorite anything is hard, favorites on this poll though was almost like pulling teeth because of my loyalty for the series have followed from their beginnings and the authors whose imagination they came from.
Now to see who wins each category!

so difficult to vote favourite authors... there were at least 4 i really really adore....
this poll got me all excited about some of my favorite reads this year, i cant wait to see the results! and it also added to my TBR, there are too many books in the poll i havent read yet. i need to move Jeaniene Frost up my TBR stat!
Aww man that was really hard but I voted anyways and where was Mac and Barrons at in the best couple catergory!

I don't think it should REQUIRE you to select if you haven't read any of the books listed. But since I wanted to vote for others sections - I faked it to get my vote counted.
