Ella has spent her whole life alone in a institution. Hearing voices seem to put people off, especially when the voices tell other peoples secretes.

One night Ella meets her dark prince. When he stepped into her room the voices were finally silent. This stranger stirred feeling in Ella she never experienced before, even though she didn't know his name or what his face looks like. Leaving as fast as he came Ella never thought she’d see her dark prince again.

Zane knew the girl at the institution shouldn't interest him so, but he couldn't keep her out of his thoughts the found himself out of her room he following night. Swearing to himself he wouldn’t go in, but when he seen an orderly attempting to harm his woman he knew he must save her and take her away. After bringing her home Zane finds out that Ella is not as crazy as she thinks she is, as the voices she hears start to throw things at him any time he gets too sexual with Ella. But the threat of a concussion may be worth the reward of getting to experience all of her.

I enjoyed this novella. I thought the story was unique and fun. I liked Ella she was perfectly innocent and yet not scared of anything. I loved her utter trust in Zane. I loved the new aspect of the story I have not ever read ware my heroin was in a institution when her hero rescued her. It was great. I thought the whole story flowed very well. I hope that there will be more in this series, there was a few unanswered questions I'd like to see resolved. I will read more by Eve Langlais.
